We expect 100% eradication on the first treatment provided that you have followed the instructions provided. It is important that the bugs have no cool place to hide while the heat is being applied. If you missed something and by chance you see a bed bug within 12 month we will allow you a free full equipment loan to redo that room. For those who selected our Plan#3 where a Service Tech comes out to do your treatment, we seriously do not expect you to ever see bed bugs again but if you do, then we will loan you a free set of equipment. If you need a tech to come out then the cost of the tech alone is $300 per room, the equipment loan will be free under our warranty.
